How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone's Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > find SafeBowl > tap Cancel Subscription.
SafeBowl does not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
How do I delete my data?
SafeBowl stores all personal data (pet profiles, health logs, scan history) on your device only. To delete everything, simply delete the app from your iPhone. There is no account to close or server data to request deletion of.
How accurate is the AI scanner?
SafeBowl uses advanced AI to assess food and plant safety, but no AI system is 100% accurate. Results can vary based on photo quality, lighting, and angle. The AI may not account for your individual dog's allergies or sensitivities.
Always consult your vet if you are unsure whether something is safe for your dog.
What should I do in an emergency?
If your dog has eaten something toxic, contact a vet immediately.

Can I use SafeBowl offline?
The safety database search works offline. However, the AI photo scanner requires an internet connection as photos are processed by our cloud AI service.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open SafeBowl > Settings > tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
